Strategic Leader in Communications & ESG | Expert in Partnerships, Crisis Communication & Cultural Innovation
Eva Premk Bogataj is a seasoned strategic communication leader, and civic innovator with over 20 years of experience across international organizations, philanthropy, higher education, and culture. She is known for shaping resilient partnerships, navigating complex crises, and building trust across public, private, and civic sectors—always guided by ethical clarity and a strong commitment to the common good.
With excellent teams, Eva coordinated strategic communication for over 65 international and EU-funded projects annually, led cross-sector campaigns with 140+ CEOs and public officials, and developed communication and engagement strategies across more than 17 countries. Her leadership has been devoted to ESG and crisis preparedness, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and award-winning cultural diplomacy and media campaigns.
Alongside her executive roles, Eva is also an accomplished academic. She holds a PhD in intercultural literary studies, has taught as an assistant professor, and contributed to multiple international research projects in linguistics, digital communication, and comparative studies. Her scholarly work explores language, identity, and ethics—particularly across Eastern European and Mediterranean intersections.
She is a certified ESG, crisis communication, and AI transformation expert, and holds a national professional qualification in project management, a diploma from the London School of Public Relations (LSPR), and numerous executive certifications in global strategy, leadership, digital innovation, and sustainability (NASBA, PMI, Greenomy, etc). Her breadth of expertise reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence and future-readiness.
She is also a former translator of EU institutional texts, and an experienced journalist (national broadcaster RTV Slovenia and regional media outlets). As the host of late-night radio programmes, she engaged diverse audiences through thoughtful dialogue and featured compelling guests from the fields of art, civil society, and public life.
Fluent in eight languages—and always curious to learn more—Eva brings intercultural fluency to every project, from high-level advocacy to grassroots education. She is deeply engaged in civic life, having initiated and led donation and volunteering partnerships with dozens of NGOs, cultural institutions, and municipalities. Her community work spans sustainability, inclusion, and access to the arts.
Eva’s leadership is defined by strategic foresight, operational excellence, and cultural intelligence. Her leadership is grounded in bridging diverse worlds, clear communication, and enduring values.

“A white horse and a black horse pull the world. When darkness pulls, light must follow. Chaos and order, shadow and shine — the world holds through balance. I believe in harmony, no matter how improbable.”
